About Me
I'm a qualified coach on a mission to help people live purposefully across all aspects of their lives - work, health, lifestyle and relationships. It's so common for us to get distracted and to feel lost at different times in our lives; coaching is an incredible tool which helps us to use our inner resources to live on purpose again. We have all the answers within us already; a good coach will help you retrieve them.
Prior to retraining as a coach with CTI in 2023, I spent more than 20 years working in the corporate sector for global PR consultancies as well as in-house roles, representing a range of different organisations from household brands to startups. Whilst working for a UK startup which advocated for the over 50s, I was hugely inspired by the many incredible members I spoke to in their 50s, 60s, 70s and 80s about the value of lifelong learning and doing meaningful work for as long as we are physically able. So I retrained.
I still run my own PR consultancy services in the longevity, property and consumer financial services sectors.
Outside of work, I'm passionate about health and wellbeing and I enjoy taking action today to live a healthy and active life well into my 100s (with a particular dream of skiing down mountains with my children, grand-children and maybe even my great-grand-children). I'm also a wife and mother of three beautiful souls - two human and one dog.
I'm happiest on a windy beach walk, a sky full of greys and blues and occasional glimmers of sunshine and returning home to cook a meal for my nearest and dearest.
About Coaching
Working with a coach can be an empowering and often life-changing experience. The coaching that I specialise in is about helping you to uncover your inner resources to make some sort of change in your life. We already have all the answers within us but sometimes they are steeped in so many layers of noise that we can't hear them any more. I will help you find them again.
It doesn't matter how big or small the change or the shake-up is that you'd like to make - perhaps you're considering a change in career, location or relationship for example or perhaps it's more about tweaking a habit or addressing a repeated thought pattern that doesn't sit comfortably with you anymore. All of these things - and many more - can be addressed with coaching sessions.
Coaching is not therapy and it is not backward looking. Coaching is about you right now - how you feel today - and future you - where you want to get to. Coaching is a finite process. Our time together will come to an end after an agreed number of sessions. After this, you should be equipped with the new awareness, knowledge and tools you need to unlock your potential and live the life you deserve.
